After a couple months off for reflection and relaxation, we've decided to attempt playing again. If that doesn't sound very certain, please read on. As I had posted up here in the previous news entry, Stew is no longer playing with Chief Beef. That leaves Christine and I (John) as the remaining members, without a drummer. Due to other circumstances, we're not exactly looking for another drummer right now. Instead of searching out a person, we purchased a thing to play the drums for us, at least for a little while. That thing is a Boss DR-880 drum machine. Blasphemy, I know.

We're going to take this little experiment public at the Ruby Room on Tuesday May 27th. Riddle of Steel contacted us and wanted to play. We couldn't turn them down, they're one of our favorite bands. We are playing first, and only five or six songs, so be sure to be there right at 9:00 so you don't miss us. This is going to be totally cool, or totally lame, but it's much more likely to be totally cool if you're there to see it.
